The Salpida Foundation is the canonical public archive for the Consciousness Civilization Framework (CCF), the Consciousness Operating System (COS), and CAIS-based consciousness measurement standards.
All constitutional, scientific, and governance authority for the Consciousness Civilization is fixed in DOI-registered documents on Zenodo and OSF.
This site provides the primary entry point, index, and updates for those canonical records.

Sal-Meter Kernel Development
Phase 0–2b — internal kernel stabilization at SICS (pre‑announcement)
We are currently stabilizing the Sal-Meter kernel at SICS — the minimal, non‑negotiable core that any CAIS‑compliant Sal-Meter must implement.
- G‑axis gate (GGI): thiol/glutathione redox with session‑internal baselines
- I‑axis: iodine redox, aptamer targeting I₃⁻ with calibration in I⁻ (KI)
- Twin Mini‑Cell: dual‑cell architecture with cross‑talk constrained to ≤2% across 3 cartridges
- Standard outputs: fixed data package and mapping into OE, RE, and EE
After this kernel is validated in human pilot studies (Phase 2b), a public announcement will define the formal Sal-Meter program and any open calls for external teams.
What This Archive Does
The Salpida Foundation does not create authority — it fixes it.
All binding definitions, standards, and governance rules are locked by DOI‑registered canonical documents. This site functions only as the primary entry point, index, and status board for those records.
If it is not listed in the DOI registry below, it has no canonical authority — regardless of who claims it.
